Licensed to perform civil wedding and partnerships, ROSINS can accommodate up to 60 guests for the ceremony ensuring your closest family and friends are present to celebrate with you on your special day.

 

You can have as simple or as lavish an affair as you wish, our wedding co-ordinator will ensure everything is perfect for your big day.

 

Should you wish to hold your civil ceremony with us, you will be required to agree a date and time with our wedding co-ordinator and contact the superintendent registrar of Blackburn with Darwen.
